I am a Real Estate Broker with 20 years of experience in the Real Estate market in Puerto Rico. My preparation in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, makes it easier for me to work with people. Since I was a child I was exposed to the business environment, since my father was a merchant in the town of Aguas Buenas, in the center of the Island, where I was born and raised. My work experience was always related to sales, experiences that allowed me to develop excellent negotiation skills; fundamental in any buying and selling process. In Real Estate, I found my true passion, since I have the opportunity to collaborate with families in obtaining their home or their investment property.

Currently, my focus is directed to achieve that the new generations with interest and potential in Real Estate are prepared and in turn, evolve with them by integrating technological advances; to increasingly professionalize the real estate environment, so in addition to continuing my work as a Real Estate Broker, I provide mentoring and continuing education. To this end, I became certified in 2013 as a Real Estate Instructor in Puerto Rico. I have had the opportunity to collaborate in education within the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors®, holding various positions, such as Director, Vice President, Secretary and most importantly, Dean of Education of the San Juan Board of Realtors® (2017-2019). It is an honor to belong to the organizations and contribute to the efforts directed towards the improvement of Real Estate professionals in Puerto Rico.
